are not diminishing to the extent that shortages will effect prices for decades. Gas prices are manipulated bases on demand and other economic factors. If gas goes up to $4 per gallon, there is most certainly a reason but it is not shortages.

But the large Exxon refinery may stay closed for a month. Prices will climb through September but should fall back to mid August levels by November.

I'm stuck here in Houston watching water creep ever so slowly towards my house from the Buffalo Bayou. The water is being released from the reservoirs and its possible we flood out a week after the storm. If I get lucky I will be extremely intoxicated on Saturday full of BBQ and watching the game in my backyard.

Gas shortage? Fuck I can't even find milk at any local store for my kids. I was lucky enough to find eggs and a loaf of bread today. Hurricane Harvey can kiss my white ass.
