Over-Under on UCONN Game
Is it looking like the attendance record for a football game will be broken on opening weekend against UCONN? If I make it to a home game this year it will be that one. It'd be cool to hear the stadium announcer call it as the all-time record. But what do yall expect the attendance to be.
against UConn. If a new record is set that day, a new record will be set against MSU.
I think the 2010 UM - MSU game will hold the attendance record for many years to come.
Or at least until the 2011 U-M/OSU game.
But won't there be fewer seats in the Stadium by then, due to the (unnecessary) aisle widening? I believe that we'll have several hundred more seats this year than we will next year, though our new final total will still be bigger than the old total.
Have you ever tried to walk up the isle during halftime? Or did you just mistakenly put an UN- in front of completely 100% necessary isle widening?

I work as an Usher at the Stadium. I'm one of the guys you all hate who checks tickets and kicks your friends out when they're standing in the aisle and supposed to be ten sections away. I know all about how crowded it gets. But I don't mind it if it lets more people have the experience of Michigan football.

Yeah, I thought the capacity was going down as well.
why would you walk up the aisle at halftime? sit down, watch the bands, talk to your friends. halftime is a great time to summarize the first half, predict the second half and generally recharge.
urination.
Is it a play on Justin Turner's Tattoo, or visa verso?
I think its Virginia and Michigan logos. A Wahoo is a Virginia fan.

Hm... 113,011. Or 4 billion.
I bet it's over 113k. And I bet it will be broken later in the season, likely against MSU.
133K? Those luxury boxes must be selling like hotcakes!
I only make it to about a game a year, and the attendance record was one of them. The crowd was crazy and We celebrated by beating the buckeyes! Let's hope a similar result will happen this eyer with he attendance record!
I usually decide the day before the game. Taking into consideration a myriad of factors.
used to work for Bear Stearns or Lehman Brothers, by any chance?
