our tenth anniversary today. Yesterday, we went to the Tigers game and I put a corny love message on the Jumbotron which she loved. Her stoic dad even gave me praise which is rare.
The most anticipated Michigan football season in years is just around the corner and we have the Olympics to keep our attention over the next several weeks.

My beach vacation may be coming to an end, but with the BBQ this weekend and the submarine launching on Monday, it's getting closer to football time!  Two weeks of the Olympics to provide a distraction should help pass the time.  Go Blue!  [applies to M olympians too]

up here and the ground was cold, but we bet on the weather to warm the soil up and it did.  moisture was fine, and with the canopy now up, even though its a bit dry up here the corn is doing very well.  there is actually a place on the NW part of the fields that i'd like to go and measure the corn - i have a feeling it might be closer to 11'.  don't know why it's so tall, but as long as it's healthy and the deer don't eat it all, we're good to go.

Bang me.

I've slept 3 hours at most for a week because of my wife's back, I can't think, I look like a basset hound my eyes are so black,  my work is suffering, and this is Michigan fergodsakes.

THANK GOD!

29 MORE DAYS and having a bad week just means nothing on Saturday afternoon!
