Can't remember where I saw it, but it was a good point: The Bulls just signed two horrendous three point shooters (Wade and Rondo) to run Fred Hoiberg's pace and space offense.

Doesn't really make sense. Seems like they are stuck in no man's land: Should probably be tanking, but don't want to risk losing Butler so now they are going for...the 7th seed?

I'll gladly take him in Cleveland. Do not mind this one bit. Dunleavy is a proven 3-point shooter throughout his career. Thanks DWade for forcing the Bulls to trade for some cap space!

You know how basically every team in the NBA has become obsessed with spacing and ball movement and playing with pace?

The Bulls decided to do the exact opposite. No shooting. 3 guys who pound the ball into the floor. A backcourt that wants to slow it down as much as possible.

But, let's be real. They weren't winning the title this year unless LeBron, Westbrook, and Kawhi all forced their way to the Bulls for some bizarre reason. If you can't win, might as well be entertaining.

Outside of Cleveland, the ceiling for every team in the East is Conference Finalist. So if the cost of acquiring Wade is only $47 million over two years and trading away a constantly injured, 35-year old Mike Dunleavy, then why the fuck not?

GarPax are so damn dumb.

A week ago they got rid of DRose (which was probably the right thing to do) saying they needed to get YOUNGER and MORE ATHLETIC.

Then they signed Wade and Rondo.

People are just in charge of things...

Combined, the starting backcourt of Rondo/Wade/Butler shot 133/419, or 31.74% from three last year.  The league average, including big men, was 35.4%.

Yikes.
