What a fabulous way for a coach to describe one of his players.

Lots of admiration for both of those men.

So what was run over? His leg?

Fort Schembechler?  Privacy laws?  Or just none of our business?

Michigan Maintenance Dept. announcese the the forklift has finally been fixed and is back in operation (running over starting blocks).

I have two questions that don't seem to have been asked in this thread.

1.  Why didn't Drake get out of the way?

You can typically sense a large object coming toward you.  Furthermore, if a fork lift is operating in the area, wouldn't you be extra alert to where it was?

2.  Why was Drake stretching near a place where heavy machinery is operating?

I worked in a lumber yard during college.  I never just chilled on the ground near forklifts.  Obviously the forklift operator is partly to blame, but how the hell wasn't Drake paying attention?
