I don't embed, but here's a link to his swing. Spoiler: the difference between tour players and recreational players is the insane amount of time they can delay the release of the clubhead by maintaining a less than 45-degree angle between the shaft and the right forearm. Harbaugh is definitely a recreational player.
Very interesting. I saw this on Twitter this morning but admittedly only skimmed past it.
I do like that he first complimented Harbaugh for doing this in khakis and white socks - he was stil lable to get some pretty good rotation despite all that. As they mentioned, a pretty good fundamental swing.
Except for the fact that Cabrera hits the damn ball and Harbaugh barely hit it.
Come on guys, 200 foot fences and an ex-major leaguer managed one dinger while coach got none! Thank god this was a charity event!
