Brandon Graham Senior Bowl Update
Per ESPN, he's rising on a lot of draft boards with his play during Senior Bowl Practices:
"Feldman tweeted that Graham is making offensive linemen look "silly" during Senior Bowl practices, and these aren't just Joe Schmos.
Mel Kiper Jr. predicts the 6-foot-0, 270 pound end will go in the end of the first round, but he might be overcoming any questions about his height and quickness."

Also, the blog adds:
"Michigan DE Brandon Graham has already emerged as the leader of the North defense. Graham is quick with good upper-body strength and technique. He never stops working, either. His motor is just ridiculous."
Great to see BG dominating like we all knew he would!!

BG is a FREAKING MONSTER

Gotta love BG, sounds like my dream of him dropping to the Lions in the second round is fading quickly. Good for him.

Why would you wish such a thing upon him?

Never said it wasn't a selfish dream. That's why I included the "good for him" part.

Can he come to the Packers and join Woodson? Please?

BG would look awesome across from Matthews.

His jump off the ball is amazing. And isn't he around 6-2 not 6-0?
January 26th, 2010 at 2:48 PM ^
Ehhhh...I've seen him around campus quite a bit and he's probably closer to 6-0/6-1ish than 6-2. Granted, I was just eyeballin' him.

Damn, I was hoping for his sake that his listed height wasn't too fake. Thanks for the info.

I have no facts either, but when he did the whole gymnastics thing I was shocked at how short he looked. Plus they actualy kinda measure you at the Senior Bowl so 6' is correct. Maybe he can work on his height with Barwis and they remeasure in a month or 2.

"Granted, I was just eyeballin' him." that might be a bad thing to do to Mr. Graham...

Hahaha very true. Luckily he didn't see me. I think.

We'll definately find out his exact measurables when BG goes to the combine. The NFL people go nuts over stupid measurables as height and weight so you'll get an exact measurement.
January 26th, 2010 at 3:42 PM ^
Combine . . . NFLers will go nuts when he runs a 4.5 and broad jumps 10 feet.

the guys available in this draft?
DLine: Graham, Suh, McCoy, Dunlap
LBs: McClain, Bowman, Spikes
DBs: Hayden, Mays, Berry
Throw whoever else you want to fill in the gaps but Mowie-Wowie that would be a stellar line-up
January 26th, 2010 at 3:46 PM ^
I might put Morgan or Hughes or even Pierre-Paul in for Dunlap but as it is the point stands.

He gave Mich everything he got. I hope he gets great things from the NFL.

Hopefully he goes #22 to my Pats..... They could really use some pass rush.
January 26th, 2010 at 4:26 PM ^
I just logged on to say the same thing. The Pats do need a RB, too, but I'd be happier if they drafted BG than if they ended up Jahvid "Concussed" Best.

Met him at UConn. I'm 5'll.5" he had maybe an inch on me if that. He said he was hoping to get drafted in the 1st Rnd. Told him that he was a beast and he would for sure. Real nice kid. I wish him the best of luck.
