Harbaugh Presser: Reactions?

Submitted by boliver46 on

In the interest of sportsmanship we will be shipping our depth chart to Utah...and they will be sending us theirs...

Is this normal?

Any other hot takes on the Jim Harbaugh presser from today?

Oh...and my main takeaway?

Anyone else notice his comment during his Mone injury story about how Jabrill blocked the kick?? He's definitely gonna cause some turnovers on special teams this year if that's true!!

I picked up on the fact that he said one RB was pulling away from the pack. First time all summer we've had an indication of separation within the RB's.

Now we have to postulate as to who the leading RB is...?

I love it. Gone are the days when the Michigan football team enters a game, any game, unprepared. Harbaugh is such an intense coach, and you can tell by their comments that his players love him.

Kalis's comments on how coach Drev taught them so much that they never knew.  Wow!  I am optimistic about our line.

For years, it has seemed that the mics the players use are not functioning properly, particularly the left-most mics (from the audience perspective) on the players table. Don't they ever do sound level tests beforehand? Definitely not up to the standards I expect from a Michigan press conference. Iknow, I know—not the most important thing in the world.

I'll just show myself out.

About the real possibility of a true deep threat at WR. If Drake Harris can live up to his potential it completely changes the dynamic on offense.

Harbaugh is one odd, odd man. But I have to say that I'm excited about seeing the team getting better each week. I feel great knowing that the team finally has the quality coaching it's deserved the past few years that it didn't get from Hoke.

Utah will be one tough game. That's for sure. But we can rest easy knowing that the days of this team walking onto the field unprepared are long gone. Harbaugh has a maniacal desire to win in every aspect of the game. That will carry over to his players as well.

Also really looking forward to seeing Drake Harris take the field. He looks like he could be the true #1 threat that we have not had since, who, Manningham? And Kalis talking about what Drevno has been able to teach the O-Line? Really looking forward to watching their progression as well.

Harbaugh was in complete control of the interview process.  He thought a bit after each question and then responded in a manner that was cordial, friendly but did not disclose anything that he did not desire the public to know.

How many  more times are they going to ask Harbaugh, whats it like being back at Michigan? His expressions to each question are priceless....
