Where do you see that he got a medical scholarship? Here's the text from his Instagram post:

Sad to say my career as a player has come to an early end due to medical reasons. I would like to thank the University of Michigan, Coach Hoke and his staff, as well as Coach Harbaugh and his staff for the opportunities they have presented me with. I will be finishing my time at Michigan with my brothers as a student assistant. God Bless and Go Blue!

If you follow the right accounts on twitter, then yes the board is already obsolete in terms of breaking any news. On the off chance that the board does break something, there is even an automated Twitter feed that sends a tweet every time a new topic is posted on the message board with the title.

Short piece from Brendan Quinn can be found here - LINK

"In 2014, Dever appeared in 10 games, making his lone career reception against Indiana, and made his only career start against Maryland."

It was a 26-yard reception though, so he will always have that as a memory. Sad to see anyone have to leave for medical reasons, but as he is staying on as an assitant, he'll get his degree and he'll have this as well as a line item on his resume that mentions "Jim Harbaugh". Good luck to him in his post-football career.

Bo plays slot on the scout team. medical = too many concussions. This isn't a scholarship driven medical, the man has to retire or likely risk permanent damage.
