Gold Cup: USMNT vs. Haiti, 7:30pm CDT, FS1

Match day two for group A.  USA should stomp Haiti, but of course....No idea what the starting lineup is yet, but that comes soon.  Panama is up 1-0 over Honduras at HT in the other group match.  USA would be safely through to the knockout round if they beat Haiti.

I know it is sacrilegious but I'd like to see how the U.S. looks with Ice man and Zardes up top with Dempsey as the attacking midfielder with Beckerman the holding midfielder.   Bradley sitting on the bench.  He has not been the same player the past 2 years.

Would love to see Ream/Besler and Gonzalez/Brooks be the only 4 in the center from now until the World Cup. You need to build chemisty and those 4 create the best 2 ideal pairings in the center.

Match day three will be a balance of guys getting a shot and preparing for the knockout stage. Panama, ironically, is the best team the US will face in the group stage and needs a win. I don't see a ton of risks but wouldn't be surprised to see Jozy and Wondo starting, especially since Altidore isn't 100% healthy yet and JK wants him to get a goal

Credit to Haiti...they probably deserved a draw tonight. US looked lethargic for much of the match and Haiti played the counter very well.

Haiti played a hell of a game. Did just about everything right. I mean what more does a team need to do to win a game? Great effort in a glorious loss.
