Enjoying an Omission IPS (fuck celiac disease) and watching the sunset. Ahhhhhh.
NW burbs. Away from the lake breeze so I can sit on the deck comfortably (although I kinda wish I was at Mumford and Sons at Montrose).

Born in Flint, lived in Grand Blanc post 1967. Chose "Brimley" because I seem to be about 30+ years older than most people on here. THAT Brimley is lovely, though, and my step-father hails from the area coincedentally (now, he's really fucking ancient, but a great guy and great fun).
Tossing back a bottle of Jolly Pumpkin La Roja Du Kriek.
I sampled two hearted at my liquor store and took home a 6 of Oberon and Amber ale. Delicious. Smooth too. I'm so pumped to have a go-to brew for every Michigan football game.
Any other Bells favorites? What do they role out with in the fall and winter?
The arrival of Bells has been pretty big around here this week, heavily advertised at stores and they sponsored a block party/tap takeover thing outside of my office.

Lol.
I'm in on the Trader Joe's Merlot as well...and eat Korean food more often than not weekly....but can't translate 'korean hot bean sauce' into anything I'm familiar with.
Can you describe a bit more OP?
You can make a magical bbq rub with that stuff.
Gochujang also serves as a really nice glaze for slow-cooked pork belly.
i mean, my mandarin is pretty much limited to counting to ten, and getting the sound for ten correct (sounds like an electric shock), but you might be trying to slip one past us.
Either of these?
First is soy bean based, second is chili pepper based.
Third opton is a combo:
Regardless, I'm sure it is delicious. Enjoy!
EDIT: OP is typing pretty coherently after 6-ish bottles of Trader Joe's Merlot!
Imperialist scum, taking our women. Well guess what, I have a white woman fetish!
A little googling shows that 된장 (deonjang - the first one) is broad bean based (though I'd never heard the term 'broad bean').
The second one is 고추장 (gochuhang), a spicy bean paste.
Both are be used in dog soup.
