Seriously? This is what you are hanging your hat on? You sound like every Sparty fan in the 90's. Sparty has been light years ahead of us in football over the last 5-7 years and it is not even close. They are coming off two consecutive major bowl wins which Michigan has never done on their 100 plus year history. Just because we are happy about Harbaugh does not mean we can just erase the past.

Do not care if a recruit gets a Michigan bump anymore. It has shown to be pretty much next to meaningless if they don't get the right coaching.

Do yourself as favor, stop watching ESPN. Unless I'm forced to, because of a game, I avoid it at all costs. On second thought ESPN Classic at around 3am has great programming for that network. Just last night the reporter wanted me to buy a spray that you can use to row a boat with a screen door bottom.

Stars matter. Star bumps don't matter. MSU has still only won 2 conference championships in the last 7 years. The model for our program is Ohio State and their national championship. If we can't beat Urban Meyer then no one here is going to be happy and we need elite talent to do that. The teams who win it all have top 10 classes and elite coaches.
