Stars matter. Star bumps don't matter. MSU has still only won 2 conference championships in the last 7 years. The model for our program is Ohio State and their national championship. If we can't beat Urban Meyer then no one here is going to be happy and we need elite talent to do that. The teams who win it all have top 10 classes and elite coaches.
