Michigan spring game attendance estimated at 60,000
That would make it the highest attended spring game in Michigan history. Harbaugh!

It is going to be insufferable this Fall. The excitement and direction are so palpable. We miss Meechigan Football and we're gonna get it. Easter!
It's the Cadbury Creme Egg (middle) drinking thread now, Powhound. May the Maize n Blue peeps be with you.
That had to be a record. I went to the spring game that came on the heels of the 97 championship season. And not even that game had as many fans that showed up today.
The 1997 spring game had an attendance of 4,000.
Four thousand.
That's exactly how the crowd would have looked for the BYU game this fall if Brandon had not been fired.
I would have had a similar guess - 60,00ish.
It looked about as full as you would expect it to be about 30 minutes or so before a real game with people still filtering in even after the Spring Game began. I sat in the south end zone, where it was a little more sparse but between the 20s it was pretty full on both sides of the field, at least for the first 60-70 rows or so.
2nd quarter
Living now in Florida I can't wait for Brian's UFR.
even the "student section" was nearly full!
They said 30k
Sweeet.
I watched most of it on the Big Ten Network here in Alabama. I think overall the team looked solid especially on defense. One thing missing though is a quality running back that can bust tackles and gain postive yardage. (Denard Robinsion) Perhaps Harbaugh can develop one over time but some players have a natural ability for that and am not sure there is one on board now. Anyway. Go Blue.
