In a bad mood after hearing news from my family (brother is a disaster...).

New Holland Mad Hatter is up to bat.

After that...maybe Stagg Jr or Handy.  It's a 60%+ ABV kind of night.

sprayed the bush he was in to get him out and uncoiled. Then my friend put the shovel down on him. His mouth was open 180 degrees and was flailing. So disturbing...I got to be the one to take the other shovel to separate his head from his body, and it wasn't easy. I felt awful too. Would rather he be out in the canyon eating the rodents..but he was too close to my house and dogs, kids, etc. Had to be done...but seriously awful experience.

Had a Stone IPA while out to dinner with my wife at Yard House. Beer was great, food was not. The rice with their street tacos is not good and they burnt my fish. I really like the place, so it was pretty disappointing. Oh well. Got to have a night out without the kids, so I shouldn't be complaining!

After work hit the bar and had some Plead the Fifth and Dark Horse double Crooked Tree. If I make it through these Norms Raggety Ass beers at home I still have Founders KBS and some Southern Tier Mokah and Southern Tier Choklat bombers. Wish me luck.
