was us just a few years ago and Mora is like Harbaugh-lite. NFL guy who won quickly, recruits well, good staff, etc. USC & UCLA should never be bad just based on where they are. Weather, in state talent & tradition means you really have to mess up to be bad. Now, hearing kids like Clark talk about weather like they just now realized Southern California is very blizzard/cold free is odd. It's not odd for a kid around here to choose a SC school or Florida school for climate but to act like it's a shock is odd haha. The "it was like 75 there and back home it's a full blown blizzard...." comment just speaks volumes. Why is it a shock (?) & I think it's obvious he's going there now. Marshall is usc all the way, IMO. MAYBE if given more time but not so close to NSD when his visit was rocking 35 degrees (that us locals found a bit of a heat wave after weeks of sub-20s). Weber was never coming back, IMO. The way he decommitted during a game on Twitter, said he'd wait for the AA game to announce, was told to "hang in there as I think you'll like our hire *wink wink* and then drops to osu almost right after was ask I needed to know. Even if he's entertaining the idea I think he has or will get Dunn'd by Meyer. This year's recruiting class became such an afterthought for me and took such a back seat for me after ND & about a quarter into being at the Utah downpour. I knew Hoke was done. I wanted Harbaugh. I said I'd sacrifice our (then) #1 2015 class for Jim and we got Jim. I'm still ok with that deal.

Because of your screen name I don't know if you're secretly one of my friends and we were sitting together during the Utah downpour but I think you might be because obviously we've talked a lot of football together and have the exact same take on everything in your post

They've won 10 games two years in a row, have a youngish coach with NFL experience, and we're in the top 10 for much of the year. They also play in the most famous football stadium, have beautiful girls walking around, and have awesome weather. The Pac 12 was probably the best conference in the country this year.
