Hyman is having a Hobey Baker type season. I highly doubt he'll win it but to this point he's definitely proving he's one of the best players in cawlidge hawkey. This team seems to be gaining steam, watching them now compared to the beginning of the season is night and day.

Is so incredibly talented...wish they could play every game with this type of intensity and finishing. They are flying around out there today.

How Rau was able to take down Motte in front of the ref with no penalty called is beyond me. That was an egregious no call. And easy whistle to blow!

It was a bad call, but the official right in front of him was a linesman, and can't stop play to call a penalty.

I don't know the procedure for linesman reporting penalties in the NCAA but in the NHL and USA Hockey they need to report it after the play is blown dead (and it's a very rare occurance that usually only happens for egregious penalties outside a referee's field of vision, neither of which is the case here), which in this case was after Minnesota already scored.

Someone help me out on this one. I go to Michigan Tech now (2nd degree) and they played Northern Michigan last night. Northern has an Olympic sized rink and Tech has NHL ice. So does Wisconsin. How does that happen? I can't think of any other college sport where schools have different sized playing areas. Is there not any regulations on that or anyone know the causes of that?
