I mean I know the internet gives us all a voice and you've used your voice to incessantly bitch about the Lions, but could you please tone it down a little bit.

but yes, I have watched them for 40 yrs, and they typically blow it about 80-90% of the time.  It often gets hard to watch.  

There seems to be a difference this year.  I have counted them out this year before, only to be proven wrong.  Go Lions!

I'm sick of the "if you think the Lions will do anything other than lose you must be a young child" attitude. I've been watching this team for decades and I've been burnt countless times. I come back every year. But I genuinely feel like this is a different team. Sure, the SOL theme rears its ugly head from time to time, but this is the best Lions team by far in over a decade, maybe two at this point. If you have such an awful attitude even amid success, why even watch? I'm going full Dave Brandon here and recommend you go cheer for another team.

Are you actually a Lions fan? Serious question. What is even similar about this team? Far more disciplined, win when behind, top defense, slow offense. What's the similarity? Record? I don't understand what your expectations are. If you watch football, you realize good teams struggle, but more importantly they win. This team keeps winning. Does it have flaws? Absolutely. But they're not the same flaws that I've watched my entire life as a Lions fan. I don't get your obsession with negativity.

get pounded in Green Bay and by whomever they play in the playoffs.

The Lions managed to make Jimmy Clausen look haflway decent. That's an amazing feat.

I would be optimistic if this team did not continuously struggle to beat bad teams. They've had to comeback to beat the following: Vikings, Saints, Bears, and Falcons. They have one win vs a team with a winning record.(1-3)

How can I be impressed with a team that is so mediocre?
