But it is loaded with vitamin A, Vitamin B6 vitamin C, iron, and calcium. I guess I will stick with healthy food and not fatty burgers.
It's absolutely delicious cooked with a smoked ham hock or back bacon and served up with pork ribs, beans, macaroni and cheese and corn bread.

fwiw, our farm is all-organic. no gmo's, no pesticides, no herbicides, no hormones, no antibiotics, grass-fed livestock, raw milk, etc.
Just capped some pigeons that roost in our machine shed, cleaned the shotgun, washed my hands, and now sucking down some Coors Light. The guy at the grocery store (HyVee in Iowa City) said that the distributor gets 320 cases of the Founders Session Ale (the 15-can cases) each month, and the store gets 80, which sell out tout de suite. I will need to find a reliable place to get this nectar of the gods. I did get a six-pack of bottles yesterday.

Stone's "Enjoy By" are fantastic and I always but several bottles whenever I see them. If you havent tried them yet and like IPA's I highly, highly recommend you give them a try.
