It's crazy how much knee jerk reaction people have. Maryland was amazing until they meet a team with a pulse. We played a team last week that would be a true contender for Big ten West and prolly tie for 3rd in the east yet OMG we suck

Maryland got over 600 yards in both of their first two games. I don't care who you play, when you get 600, you have a powerful offense. Clemson didn't even get as many yards against Syracuse as Maryland did.
This game today was an aberration. It isn't evidence that Gattis is better than Locksley, or something that should give comfort to Michigan fans over how the offense has so far looked this year. Beating Wisconsin is where that can start.

There were those who insisted that Locksley had proved he was the offensive genius, and Gattis the second-stringer.
So much for Locksley’s offensive genius. Maryland’s offensive play calling and goal line offense looked pretty lame.
Maybe Alabama’s highly ranked players (working in Saban’s system) make ordinary coaches look brilliant.

Maryland is a pretender. Going to stomp their ass. Why are folks so all-in it begins and ends on speed in space ? Football is all about fundamentals - blocking and tackling. Speed in space is only icing on the cake.

For all the shit talking last week from those claiming "where are all the fanbois NOW to defend this offense", they are conspicuous by this absence after Maryland, PSU, and MSU combined to score 39 points to 40.

It was a let down game. It happens to great teams too. I'd take Locksley instead of Gattis anyway.
