I'm sorry, if this first half isn't a complete indictment on Borges, I don't know what is. I have zero faith we will be to score a TD the rest of the year.

I don't see any way around not getting rid of Funk, at the bare minimum, after this season. If not sooner. Last week's ineptitude was somewhat excusable. That was against a great defense. But this is a Nebraska defense that got manhandled by Minnesota, and they're playing like stars today.

I'm wondering if Gardner is just terrified of going out there now because he knows he's going to get zero protection from his line from here on out. It's almost a liability against his personal health at this point.

I'm actually not a big fan of that play by Bolden. I hate seeing that. I know football is a physical game but it seems cheap to me. I know everyone will likely disagree and that's fine, but that is just my opinion. Instead of simply blocking him and shielding him from Gallon, Bolden instead decleated him into Gallon. So what good did it really do? This team has to get it together in the locker room. DG is rattled and I've always been a big supporter of him but something's gotta happen and it's gotta happen in this 2nd half. This 2nd half is gonna define the rest of the season.

I am broken.  This team is broken.  Very sad.  Hoke will open the post game presser with "We did some good things out there today...  If the players watch the pressers they probably think their coaches are batshit crazy at this point.

turnovers early this season made him. When u have little fitz not picking up guys like mike hart he is a mess our offense is a mess. I'm still on the play other HBs bandwagon.

Don't worry. There will be an article this week breaking down a bunch of useless stats that do not back up what is actually happening on the field. Apologists will slap each other on the back and talk about the O-line being young.

I am noticing this is not a BTN halftime show.  I must conclude that we are playing on ABC before a national audience.  We are doing a great job of showing off the program.

A 2012 Gardner or a ND Gardner picks up that first down. Secondly, 60 YARDS OF TOTAL OFFENSE. And we have negative rushing yds again. The 2010 team would have crushed this 2013 team and 2009 would have put up a good fight.

Can we start selling second half tickets really cheap to fill the seats emptied by halftime?  Largest crowed watching a first quarter anywhere in America today.  Good high school attendance by early fourth.  At least the Nebraska fans are staying.

I guess if we don't mind 7-5 or 8-4 teams we keep Hoke! If we want to be an elite team we need an elite coach! Miles would do quite well here!
