OT: AA Adult Flag Football League?
Does anyone know of a good adult flag football league in the AA area? A Google search didn't help me find anything and neither did the person at the desk of my rec center. I'm hoping to find a spring league that either starts soon or has already started and will let me join up now. Any help is appreciated.
But Ann Arbor is home to the highest rated thumb wrestling league in southeastern Michigan.
For flag football as an adult, you're probably going to have to wait until the Fall weekend flag football tournament run by RecSports and play in the Grad/Fac/Staff div.
Incorrect.
There's an IM 4v4 Spring Flag Football season by Rec Sports starting in early May. Open to anyone that's a UM Rec Sports member.
Same thing in November, but 7v7. Anyone can play in the Independent Division, so long as you have a Rec Sports membership.
I would also love to play in an adult flag football league in AA if anyone knows of one.
There is a spring term 4 on 4 flag football tournament run by RecSports, but I'm not sure if they have a Grad/Fac/Staff division
a few different ones in Dallas that run year round. That probably doesn't help you though.
flag football is brutal even if officiated well because of down field blocking (and lots of cheating). Rugby is safer and more fun. Go ask UM if you can participate on B side...
flag football is brutalMan up.
You'll have to go to High Velocity in Canton. They have a year round, pretty intense league. It's right on Michigan ave.

And I'll relay the message.
I read "AA" as "Alcoholics Anonymous" before I read it as "Ann Arbor".
I'm not sure what that means.
A really, uh, interesting, flag football game?
.....I had an image of a game that started in West Park but ended in Almendinger and nobody playing knew how that happened.
A bunch of my old high school friends play flag football in Wixom at Total Sports. About a half hour drive or so. See:

Looks like they just started the new season though.
......or you live in northern Oakland County, Yard Athletics in Waterford has one, I think.
