a terrible blight on our fine country
I've updated the mini program for the game this weekend. I added a total defense section as well.
Feel free to let me know any changes directly on here.
The front page UV post has provided inspiration to get another Harbaugh Photoshop Thread going. There are some classic Harbaugh facial expressions out there to be cut and pasted into various contemporary and historical settings. Some examples that have graced these very pages are below to help get the creative juices flowing...
...acutally I think that last one is real. We have a coach that challenges walruses to push-up competitions in real life.
This was just posted on one of the Facebook groups I monitor. Back in 1981, when the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum opened in Grand Rapids, they held a huge Bob Hope TV special to kick it off. The Michigan Marching Band opened the show - and it's phenomenal. Everything about this clip is golden, but the best part comes at about the 2:00 mark when we see Jerry Ford singing "The Victors" and Ronald Reagan clapping along.
This made me smile this morning.
Eggs? We're out. Pancakes? We're out. Hash? We're out.
Saw a couple of people ask about this, so as an international Michigan fan I'm always streaming the games, especially on the go. I would recommend the following sites for fans who are either traveling or living abroad (these streams apply to Michigan Football and Basketball):
1- if on ABC or ESPN : ESPNPLAYER.com - PAID service where u can just subscribe for one game or week if u want
2- if on BTN : http://international.btn2go.com - PAID service same as espnplayer
4- If you have a cable subscription in the US, e.g. Comcast, you get online access to thier feeds, now usually those work only from US based IPs so you will have to do an IT work around for those to work internationally.
Now your other issue is internet speed, if hotel or apartment internet is good enough then just use that, otherwise i recommend you buy a dongle and sim for your laptop (from any mobile provider), or just buy a 4G data sim for your ipad or smartphone and download the app of espnplayer or btn2go (note I usually have issues with accessing free streams on mobile browsers!)
The only games I ever have a problem viewing are those on Fox TV and that was only this season with the UTAH game!
On the other hand when it is a game at Notre Dame (which won't happen anytime soon) those are provided as a free stream on NBCsports.com
Hope this helps..
See Embeds. Sorry for being late this week, I was having trouble getting the torrent.
