Really wish Harbaugh would continue to go after mobile quarterbacks.

I am sure Bailey is a great passer, but after this year and seeing how much a mobile QB has helped our running game I dont ever want to go away from that.

10/16/2018 - 10:30am I think the arc block is a…

I think the arc block is a read itself by the H-back rather than a set call. If the EMLOS crashes arc around and seal. If he shuffles wham him to open up backside gap.

10/12/2018 - 7:04pm This is Valenti's schtick…

This is Valenti's schtick. Down play Mich opponents so if we win big, its nothing to see here. And if we lose he can bash Michigan all week on air.  Been doing that for a long time.

10/02/2018 - 5:24pm McSorley is more than solid…

McSorley is more than solid. He is an outstanding college quarterback.

And yes the right system coupled with some playmakers can hide bad oline play. When Penn State won the Big Ten 2 years ago they had one of the worst offensive lines I had ever seen.

10/02/2018 - 5:10pm Keep telling yourself this…

Keep telling yourself this buddy.  OSU is an elite offensive team that is rarely slowed or stopped even by very good college defenses. Clemson is the only team ever to really stop them.

Harbaughs offense has not even been close to elite. How many years should it take to build this? And why in the fuck should we run an offense that is so complicated that it takes upperclassmen in every position to succeed.

10/01/2018 - 6:03pm Not confident at all that we…

Not confident at all that we will be able to score enough to beat Penn State

09/17/2018 - 7:50pm Roll Tide Roll!

Roll Tide Roll!

09/15/2018 - 10:24pm Agree to disagree.

Agree to disagree.

09/15/2018 - 9:37pm Lets not act like going 8-4…

Lets not act like going 8-4 at michigan is some tall task.  Michigan, when playing well, can out recruit 90 percent of its competition.  Harbaughs offense stinks, there are dozens of coaches who could take our players and put a better offense on the field than he currently is.

09/15/2018 - 9:07pm Harbaugh is being paid as if…

Harbaugh is being paid as if he is one of the top 3 coaches in the country. He has to do better than this. When is Michigan going to realize its not 1970 anymore and open up the fucking offense.

03/08/2018 - 7:49pm Michigan football is cursed.

Michigan football is cursed. Oline will still suck.

01/02/2018 - 12:01pm Harbaugh doesnt deserve this

Harbaugh doesnt deserve this job anymore than anybody else does. The results on the field should determine how long he keeps the job.

01/01/2018 - 9:55pm This reminds me of 2013.

This reminds me of 2013. Seriously.

01/01/2018 - 5:55pm I was initially thrilled with

I was initially thrilled with Harbaugh hire and thought he would be fantastic. 3 years later and we still have not beat OSU , choked twice against MSU, and had one of the worst offenses in all of cfb this year.

01/01/2018 - 5:52pm Jesus. This fan base is

Jesus. This fan base is ridiculous that because Rich Rod failed the spread wont work here. Dude 95% of cfb teams are running some version of a spread.

Look at how the system change transformed PSU

01/01/2018 - 5:49pm Man didnt know you were such

Man didnt know you were such a Harbaugh fan. I am a Michigan fan and want what is best for Michigan.

01/01/2018 - 5:45pm Power Spread, Air Raid,

Power Spread, Air Raid, something our players can execute.

01/01/2018 - 5:41pm I wish he would go and take

I wish he would go and take his shitty prostyle offense with him.

01/01/2018 - 12:43pm Honestly Michigan looks very

Sorry double post

01/01/2018 - 12:41pm Honestly Michigan looks very

Honestly Michigan looks very bad. This is dissapointing.

They need to get a lot better if they want to compete next year.

12/22/2017 - 5:21pm I went and watched Belleville

I went and watched Belleville vs Salem in the playoffs this year. I went to Salem and wanted to see the highly touted Devontae Dobbs play. To my amateur eye that kid is massively overrated. There is no way that kid is close to the number 1 tackle in the country.

12/19/2017 - 9:41pm He has been committed for a

He has been committed for a year and a half. Been on campus multiple times. If he is not ready to sign with michigan he never will be.

12/19/2017 - 9:13pm If Reese doesn't sign

If Reese doesn't sign tomorow, he is likely gone.

12/19/2017 - 3:33pm I trust the coaches, am not a

I trust the coaches, am not a star gazer etc...

But this recruiting class is disappointing. Nothing wrong with saying it.

12/19/2017 - 3:27pm Sorry OP. This kid is going

Sorry OP. This kid is going to Bama.

12/11/2017 - 6:44pm Patterson

Great move by Harbaugh. I wonder if he was slightly concerned that Brandon Peters was knocked unconscious by what looked like a routine hit.

11/28/2017 - 6:14pm I mean I hate to be

I mean I hate to be negative...but this is one the recruiting services probably got wrong. Best of luck to the young man.

11/27/2017 - 6:58pm Going to need to improve his

Going to need to improve his accuracy greatly if he wants to stick in the pros.

11/23/2017 - 12:41pm How so? Playing a true

How so? Playing a true freshman at guard. Prince was JBB level at pass blocking. A bunch of converted high school runningbacks playing receiver. A QB who struggles to read defenses and holds the ball to long. Mike Weber at runningback, who is just a decent player.

11/23/2017 - 11:47am So with a bad offensive line,

So with a bad offensive line, shaky QB play, receivers who struggle to get seperation, and unimaginative play calling OSU goes 11-1 and to the playoff in 2016. We go 8-4 and have literally one of the worst offenses in the country. Not trying to be a debbie downer here, but maybe we should drop this prostyle dinosaur offense, and move to something our kids can execute.

11/19/2017 - 8:24am Our punter sucks though

Our punter sucks though

11/18/2017 - 3:22pm This program is entitled.

This program is entitled. They play with no edge. No chip on their shoulders. Nobody ever makes plays when they need them.

Starting to wonder if Harbaugh will get it done here. Makes me sad to even think that.

11/09/2017 - 5:31pm Don't you think it is being a

Don't you think it is being a little too homerish to have given Winovich and Gary shields?

Winovich is a good player but has been really quiet for weeks now and is definately not a 1st round talent.

While Gary has all the physical tools the production isnt there yet to warrant the shield.

Hurst is a monster and deserves two shields!

11/03/2017 - 6:06pm Agree completely!
Just trying

Agree completely!

Just trying to push a narrative. So a guy who didnt start until his 5th year is certainly going to be better than ascending young players.

Onwenu
Cole
Bredeson
Kugler
Jbb

Thats the pecking order this year imo

11/03/2017 - 3:18pm Appreciate all the hard work

Appreciate all the hard work those guys did at Michigan. NFL or not those are not top flight offensive lineman.

Remember we are trying to compete with the Ohio States of the world. We need guys who get drafted in the top rounds to do that.

11/03/2017 - 3:12pm I like both our 2018

I like both our 2018 prospects. Let them bulk up for 3 years and start the. As redshirt juniors who weigh 305-310.

11/03/2017 - 3:09pm I said a bigger ATHLETIC

I said a bigger ATHLETIC oline is better than a smaller ATHLETIC oline. I am not saying sacrifice athleticism for size.

What i am trying to say is that i believe the guys harbaugh has recruited are more athletic than the guys Hoke recruited. When i mean athletic for an olinemen I mean knee bend, balance, foot speed etc. Many of them also have great size. We have a good mix of options.

11/03/2017 - 2:47pm Also please dont act like

Also please dont act like Alabama hasnt started some absolute monsters in the oline. Chance Womack and Fluker were both 340+.

11/03/2017 - 2:46pm Large Athletic Olinemen are

Large Athletic Olinemen are better than smaller Athletic Olinemen. Simple concept.

11/03/2017 - 2:16pm Bigger more athletic oline=

Bigger more athletic oline= better running game.

Pretty simple.

11/03/2017 - 2:01pm I honestly believe in 2 years

I honestly believe in 2 years time Michigan will have one of the best offensive lines in the country. Onwenu is ascending rapidly. Bredeson will at least be solid as an upperclassmen. We have Ruiz who should be good. And best of all we have tons of options for the tackle position. Newsome, Hudson, horningford, stueber, Filiaga, Hall.

All of these recruits have a way higher ceiling than the Hoke recruits. No offense to Kalis and Magnusson but those guys were barely 300 pounds soaking wet. Braden was big but a waist bender with terrible balance. The entire 2013 oline class was a bust including Kugler who is nothing but a stop gap athletically limitted center.

The guys Harbaugh are recruiting have size and athleticism.

10/28/2017 - 3:26pm Onwenu is a beast. Funny alot

Onwenu is a beast. Funny alot of people here were trashing him earlier in the year. Saying he is too fat. Too slow.

Even at his size he is our most athletic olineman.

10/26/2017 - 8:42pm For about 4 weeks now Onwenu

For about 4 weeks now Onwenu has been our best offensive lineman and its not been close. Really developing nicely. Those tackles though...woof

10/24/2017 - 6:17pm Love seeing Onwenu pull

Love seeing Onwenu pull around on power. He is quickly becoming our best offensive lineman.

10/22/2017 - 2:04pm And just to be clear why

And just to be clear why spreads hide poor blocking upfront, when you consistenly have 3 or 4 wide recievers on the field only 4-6 blocks in the box have to be executed to have a successful run play vs the 7-9 blocks that have to executed in a man ball system

10/22/2017 - 1:59pm Its pretty simple really. PSU

Its pretty simple really. PSU has a few very good upperclassmen offensive skill players. But the biggest factor by far was that Franklin went out and hired an OC that ran a system that would cover up poor oline play(psu had a horrendous oline when they were going prostyle with hackenberg). There is a reason 90% of CFB teams are running some version of a spread offense.

10/18/2017 - 8:15pm Pulling technique?

Watching Stanford, when their guards pull they keep their shoulders square to the LOS and kind of shuffle down the line. Our guys turn their shoulders and run down the line. Anybody know the reasoning behind the different techniques for pulling?

09/17/2017 - 4:23pm Can't see him being a first

Can't see him being a first or second rounder because of his height. But he certainly appears like he is on his way to being a great college player and one of the best linebackers ever to wear the maize and blue.

05/05/2017 - 7:14pm Bass fishing on the Portage

Bass fishing on the Portage Chain in Pinckney this weekend.

01/07/2017 - 4:54pm On a related note, I watched

On a related note, I watched the Army game and I thought Cam Akers was the best looking back. Still really hope Najee goes blue.
