is planning to sign tomorrow. The early signing day looks like it's going to make recruiting a lot less chaotic. I wouldn't have predicted it would be so popular in the first year.

Recuiting related: Steve Wiltfong just CB'd Julius Welschof to Michigan.  Who's that?  A 6'6" DE from Germany, currently committed to Georgia Tech.  4* to 247, #12 SDE.  Composite 3* (I don't think ESPN or Rivals get out to Bavaria).

So you think he silently committed to Michigan, then silently flipped to UGA, then silently flipped back (if we get him)?  That would be quite the... /sunglasses... silent treatment.  YEEAAAHHH

OK but UGA is in the playoff this year.  Going to Georgia is the expectation down there, it's just what everybody does.  Being committed to Michigan is the odd thing.  It makes perfect sense that a resurgent UGA would make him think long and hard about it.

PJ Fleck now has 3-4 verbals from IMG in Florida and 2 starting OL from that team this year. Hate to say it but he's gonna be trouble for Michigan.

PJ Fleck is gonna be a headache for us. Reason is that he is Harbaugh 2.0 and the kids love him. Kills me to say this but he is gonna be a headache to us sooner then later. He's already pulling in high 3* w the occasional 4*.... 3-4 from IMG this year and a top 25-30 class. Take off your sunglasses dude. He's taking kids w chips on there shoulders to. Just like Dantonio does.

Any indication that Sammy Faustin will sign tomorrow?

Edit: a quick Twitter check indicates he will.

So, it looks like all the commits may sign their LOI's tomorrow except maybe Reese.

Edit 2: Doyle says he'll be a February sign.

This is really good news.  I thought, as OP posted, MM was a February sign.  Didn't look like he was in doubt at all, but still good to get this done.
