Why isn't Harbaugh listed

As one of the coaches for the coaches poll? Did I miss something?

Urban Meyer and Brian Kelly get to vote... Would be curious to see how biased their opinions were. At least Dantonio isn't on the list.

It would appear that the number of ballots are allocated proportional to conference size:

Big Ten - 7 (Chris Ash, Paul Chryst, DJ Durkin, James Franklin, Urban Meyer, Mike RiLLLLLLLey, Kevin Wilson)
ACC - 7
American - 6
Big XII - 5
CUSA - 7
MAC - 7
Mountain West - 6
Pac-12 - 6
SEC - 7
Sun Belt - 5
Notre Dame - 1

I have no idea if the conference offices decide which coaches get to vote.

Chryst, Franklin, Meyer and Riley had ballots last season.  Chris Ash succeeded Kyle Flood.  Harbaugh and Dantonio don't have ballots this season.

from thr actual poll itself: "The panel is chosen by random draw, conference by conference plus independents, from a pool of coaches who have indicated to the American Football Coaches Association their willingness to participate." Based on Harbaugh's comments about it last year, I'd be surprised if he indicated he wanted to be a part of it this year.

Um I'm pretty sure lots of coaches are pissed off at Harbaugh for the satellite camps and tweets. I love the hate though cuz he's a threat!

Harbaugh, per his own words, does not have enthusiasm for filling out the ranking card and I don't blame him. Better that he not have to worry on it so he can focus on what really matters and that's winning.

Saban, Bielema, Meyer, Ash, RichRod, Brian Kelly, Dan Mullen, Tom Herman, Kevin Sumlin, Kirby Smart, and Gus Malzahn all have votes.  Somehow I've got a feeling Michigan is going to be consistently underrated in this poll.
