If you have a Facebook profile, go to http://www.facebook.com/easportsncaafootball  and vote Denard for the cover of NCAA Football '14

If you don't have a Facebook profile, make one, then go to http://www.facebook.com/easportsncaafootball and vote Denard for the cover of NCAA Football '14.

The competition is Oregon's Kenjon Barner, Texas A&M's Ryan Swope, and Alabama's Eddie Lacy.

Alabama doesn't need this.  If there's one thing we should rally around as a fanbase this offseason, it's this.  Would be some nice publicity and momentum for the program heading into next year.

Plus, I love Denard.

You posted this around 11:30 and as of 1:15 Denard has over 13,000 votes. That's nuts. He is dominating this thing right now. Damn I'd love for Denard to be on the cover of this game. That would make two Michigan players being on the cover.

FYI, I used the wife's Facebook page because I don't have one and never will. I think Facebook is incredibly lame.

How do I vote?  Do I click the button next to Denard's name, then click "like"?  The page doesn't explain it.  I'm sure this is a simple question for those who regularly use Facebook, but I'm a Twitter man.

I've noticed a lot of comments on the poll by non-Michigan fans saying Denard doesn't deserve it because we went 8-5 this year.  But I think the focus is more on the individual player, let's remember he rewrote large portions of the Michigan, Big Ten, and NCAA record books, so in that regard, I think he definitely deserves it.

Plus I'm a Michigan fan, so, like, duh.

I'm pretty shocked that Jarvis Jones did not make the semis. This is coming down between Lacy and Denard, but I think Denard can take this. For one he's got a considerable lead right now. Also, and this is no disrespect to the other finalists, he's really the only "household name" left to vote for. He could get the vote of a lot of the unbiased college football fans out there. I'm also guessing most people are tired of having Alabama shoved down their throat.

I've seen this before. Michigan jumps out to an early lead but eventually Alabama storms wayyy back out of nowhere. I think the problem is people don't realize you can vote once a day. This needs to be posted every day until it's over.

This is correct. I tried that in earlier rounds but once you "like" something, that's it. You either keep it that way or "unlike" it. As long as you're logged in to your profile (or someone else's like, I used the wife's page to vote cuz I don't have one), the vote will remain the same.

Just so you know, it lets you click the button as many times as you want but you're not voting multiple times. You can click the button a 100 times, and it will only count you once. There's literally no way to vote more than once because it's connected to your profile. Clicking it repeatedly doesn't change the number of votes.
