UM Football Fights Cancer

The UM Football team has started a Relay for Life team to support the American Cancer Society in its fight against Cancer. The Relay event is on April 10th (the same day Phil Brabbs is receiving his stem cell transplant). I would leave this alone, but I just can't. Wow. (This to Bray Bray's comment. I'm sort of dumbfounded. When I posted about about giving to the Michigan Women's Football Academy, one of the people on this blog immediately donated and let me know. Was he being self-righteous in his follow-up letting me know?)

After reading 900 Izzo posts and a half dozen 3-3-5 posts I thought I all I wanted to read was a TomVH post to lighten the mood around here. This post however puts it all into perspective. This is what good football programs are all about, being part of a community and leading by example. This speaks of the class and character of the coach and his team. GO BLUE

I can't recall ever seeing somebody mocked for taking hard-earned money out of their own pockets and giving it to a charitable cause, but I suppose you can find pictures of men having sex with goats, too.
