South University Ave. after the win
I'm sure most of you are already familiar with this scene, but as someone who sadly no longer lives in the Mitten state, it brings me so much joy to see people rally around this team, from both the campus to the rather impressive amount of fans that travel. Go Blue
I remember standing at the corner of South U and Church in 89. Good year to be a senior.
It was also Hash Bash weekend IIRC? Memory hazy - I think we went through 6 kegs so after I went to South U to celebrate I had to take a leak. On the way back some guy asked if I wanted to toke up (not that kind - NTTAWWT). How the hell could I say no to that? So I believe that might have saved me from getting teargassed.
I ran down State Street drunk off my mind when we upset Duke December 2008, saying Michigan basketball was back and Zack Novak's #0 would one day be retired. There were not many believers with me. Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday night.
