Just turned it on, right when they start the Sergei Federov defection story. The stories like his, like Alexander Mogilny's, like Petr Nedved's are always so fascinating to me. 17 or 18 year olds leaving from behind the Red Curtain risking everything, everything for their families, for those who helped them defect to the US or Canada all for freedoms they never had in their lives and to play in the best league in the world.

I also saw it in the theater.
I felt some of the musical numbers were stiff, but the dancing on skates was quite dazzling. And the uniform mock-up, with all the bedazzle--fabulous!
