I haven't been to St. Elmo's in 25 years. Is it still a great place? Slippery Noodle used to be hopping until 3:00 AM. Ahh... the days of hangovers.

St Elmo’s is still a top place in Indy. Slippery noodle is right next door to Lucas oil stadium! There was a great pregame WTKA gathering there last year with Sam, Ira, Steve Clarke, and Joe Simon. 5 star HS UM commit Will Johnson came by with his dad Deon Johnson for a cameo!

I liked the shrimp cocktail as well and kettle one martinis and cigars in the library. Company function with customers that the boss was paying for and the customers knew a good thing when they had it and so we all got dragged along through a long entertaining evening downtown Indy.
First Brickyard 400 the next day and I drank nothing but water...hooboy.

I think a lot of people expected a loss and a probable blowout once Corum went down and Edwards was in a cast, not even counting Morris, Schoonmaker & Henning. Then the word was that Stokes may not even make the trip.
Just a masterful performance. Truly proud.
As for Indianapolis, I may or may not go to the actual game but I'm likely going to fly in anyway. I have some friends in the area so I may go just to show support around town.
