Outstanding Greg Harden interview
Greg Harden was outstanding on "Attack Each Day" yesterday. While the subject matter of mental health is definitely a serious issue, he also provided some humorous anecdotes about Bo, Tom Brady and, of course, Jim Harbaugh. If you haven't heard it, I suggest you check it out. You should be able to find the podcast on most carriers.

Dumb question, but how do I know which episode it is? In other words, does the episode have a name? I'm looking in iTunes and there is no way to tell which podcast is the "new" one
Edit: apparently not enough coffee, it's pretty clear which episode this is

I use the “Podcast” App. Once you subscribe to “The Michigan Insider” on the app, it says you what day each segment is from. The Greg Harden interview is from today’s batch of segments.

I agree and more broadly would encourage folks who HAVEN'T checked out "Attack Each Day" to give it a listen. I feel like it's given me a better understanding of who Jim Harbaugh is and some of his philosophies on coaching/life. I could of course live WITHOUT that but as a fan appreciate the opportunity to learn more.

For those who don't know who Greg Harden is --- check his WIKI page. Obviously just an overview of him and his successes, but an amazing person.

I listened to this entire interview and thought the same thing. Mr Harden was hysterical and had a ton of great stories. Telling Bo to leave the room takes the cake!
He grew up in the same neighborhood as my Mom (who’s an alum) and ran track with my uncle in high school.
