The whole time I read this I thought this was talking about soccer until I saw the word "puck". Guess I am in a soccer mindset with the Premier League starting.
As much as it sucks for the Russian athletes (especially Medvedev who doesn't support the war), this is absolutely necessary. We need to isolate Russia, the Russian economy, and unfortunately the Russian people from being able to participate on the modern civilized global stage until they stop the war. This isolation will put pressure on Putin and hopefully motivate the people to stand against him. Unfortunately this isolation may push more Russians to become nationalist Putin supporters as well (Russia vs the World mentality).
His production wasn't as good as others on the list and I think he was a different type of back but De'Veon Smith will be one of my favorite Michigan running backs of all time. He always fell forward and it took multiple guys to take him down. He played with pure heart and will.

I am headed to the event with my buddy! Anytime Michigan plays in the West I jump on the opportunity. I bought my tickets months ago. You should buy your tickets to the event ASAP. Seats worse than my section are now at a higher price than what I paid.
I would suggest booking flights now as well. If Southwest is one of the cheapest, I would go with that as it is refundable / can get credit if the flight gets cheaper.
The event is at the T-Mobile Arena, right behind the New York New York hotel. So it is pretty much walkable from anywhere on the main area of the strip (Caesars Palace - Mandalay Bay). Hotels are plentiful on the strip so I would recommend shopping around for the best deal. November can be a great time in Vegas weather wise and deal wise as it is generally less touristy, especially the week before Thanksgiving.
Had some classes with Jordan Paskorz. Was pretty funny and a nice guy overall. Saw him at an Ann Arbor bar years later and he invited me to hang out.
During freshman year we had those small desk/chair combo with wrap around desks. So funny watching him fit into that desk. Had the skinniestt legs but huge upper body. Looked just like Mr. Increidible sitting at his desk haha.

I was there with my MIL at the Staples Center. She is an FSU alum and I am a Michigan alum. Was a great game and celebrated hard after. Watching the game at their house this year, we will have to be in separate rooms this time as we both get heated watching our teams!
