OT: Crossfit video sounds a lot like Harbaugh
I know Crossfit is a polarizing topic and a lot of people on the board don't like it or have strong opinions about it. I'm not looking to start an argument about how awesome or not awesome Crossfit is. To each their own. I do think this video aligns with Harbaugh's vision for the football team given the statements he regularly makes. I think we all hope the setbacks/disappointments over the last 3 years are the foundation that will allow this team to realize it's true potential. For those reasons I thought I'd share it with the board. Have a great day!

I am about 95% certain Jay Harbaugh was in class with me at our Crossfit gym in GR last year.
He said his name was Jay, and he was in town for one day staying at one of the big hotels downtown, down the street from the gym. It was the day the big man from GR Catholic Central committed (can't remember his name off hand). A good sized young man and pretty fit. He didn't have a beard, but there are photos out there of no-beard Jay and that has to be him. The only part I can reconcile was that he was wearing a red t-shirt (no print, graphics, anything).
I made it 1:15 into the video but I had to stop due to the near-lethal levels of grandiose pomposity in the voiceover. JFC it's a bunch of people who spend a lot of time in the gym for a living.
only difference is Harbaugh played/coaches a real sport... he's not trying to be the best at exercising
From what I hear, crossfit is great if you want to have sex with someone's wife.
