MSU needs a lot of help to get in.

God I hope OSU beats sparty on Saturday.
The LULZ that will ensure when they're kept out due to their double digit home loss to VT that's looking worse every week.

Agree with WD, that would be funny to see. Also my top 4 teams are
1. TCU
2. Mississippi State
3. Auburn
4. Florida State

ND could be a sleeper team, I also predict no B1G will make it
November 4th, 2014 at 8:04 PM ^
but I can never root for OSU to win. My head will explode. I am hoping for a 0-0 tie. Oh never mind, we dont ahve ties anymore.
November 4th, 2014 at 8:04 PM ^
I almost hope three SEC teams get in so that everyone in every other conference votes to change it to "champions only" this winter.

The point of conference championship games are to make money. Duh.
But honestly, do you really think the B1G champion derserves a spot in the playoff over, say an 11-1 Auburn team? In this B1G? I don't.

There is a better arguement to be made for the Big Ten to fold and certain members join the other Big 4 at the moement.

This is stupid. I'm looking at this and thinking that if MSU or OSU didn't schedule Oregon or VT, then they would be in the playoff. All that matters is an undefeated schedule, no matter who you play, and I'll believe that will change only when I see it.

I don't think those are the 4 best teams in college football at all..I agree with WolverinePatron TCU should definitely be in that group

Utah beats Oregon.
OSU beats MSU.
KSt beats TCU.
TAMU beasts Auburn.
LSU beats Alabama.
Minds blown.

Don't most people think they'll win out? And if they do, well...we have two (near) locks now, since FSU winning out is likely, eh?
November 5th, 2014 at 9:20 AM ^
Do you see FSU not getting in even if they drop one? I suppose it could happen especially with an "ugly" loss, but it seems like they'd get some deference because they're defending champs.
November 5th, 2014 at 9:47 AM ^
they are toast. Everybody (by everybody I mean ESPN) is just drooling for them to lose so we can get more SEC.
November 5th, 2014 at 12:11 PM ^
FSU with one loss is gonna get ousted.
