Duncan has worked hard to be a budding star for the Heat. And what do you know? Conley, Evan Turner and Draymond all stinkers.

Well, you know....Conley, Dryamond and Turner were all listed in the "Stinker" section if you read the article and look at the graph. So I dont know why you are giving him crap. Maybe you hit the bottle too soon?

And yeah, Draymond was pretty bad this year, and Conley was a big disappointment in Utah.

I think the most incredible thing that he's done was going from a turnstile on defense to an actually good defender in college. The way he improved his body, his positioning, and just his feel for the game, just out of this world.

And then he became so good at his strength he had the best 3pt shooting season in league history. What a story.

Really hope he's able to sign long term with the Heat.  I think he's smart enough to realize that what he's accomplishing is very likely not reproducible on majority of NBA teams, especially the bad ones.  The Heat's offensive system damn near revolves around Duncan's abilities.  Teams with a ton of cap space will be able to throw insane offers his way and I don't think one of those teams will be the Heat.  Bam Adebayo is going to command a massive contract and I would think they'd want to re-sign Derrick Jones Jr and Goran Dragic.  That's going to be probably 95 million plus going to just those players and Jimmy Butler.
