The Calm Before the Storm

Submitted by HartAttack20 on
It's basically been a dead period for the last few days. I'm concluding that this is due to most recruits being either: A.) Committed or B.) Being quiet and preparing for their announcements wednesday. Wednesday is the big day. I'm somewhat giddy about the guys we will sign. I always enjoy RR's pressers on signing day about the guys they have signed. I believe there will be coverage on ESPNU most of the day. Should be a good day. So, who do you expect to sign with Michigan come wednesday that isn't currently committed? Do you expect anybody to de-committ? I think we will sign 28. I'm thinking we sign Sean Parker and Knight, or at least one of those. I'm hoping for a good surprise or two. Can't wait until National Signing Day.

I have not heard anymore on Baxter since he reestabished his committment to USC, are we still actively recruiting him anymore? That would be very welcomed surprise on wednesday.

Article up on Rivals ($) that he's torn between UM and UNC. Not sure how much I can post about money stuff, so I'll end it there. Looks like it'll come down to the wire, though.

There is a new article up about Terry. Josh posted it today. Link($): http://michigan.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1046463 Quick hit:
"I haven't made my decision yet. I'm still kind of stuck," Talbott said. "I am kind of relaxed more about it now, but I am just thinking about what I am going to have to do. I'm going to be talking to my mom a little bit more about it tomorrow and I'll go from there." ... National Signing Day is Wednesday, but Talbott said he expects to have his decision finalized on Tuesday.
