What
Ever
Our offense is fine and will remain fine. Even if a self-centered, me first WR leaves the state to go play for a third tier SEC also ran.
Wake me up when the linebackers and DBs start making decisions.

How after he picked Tennessee, the first comment was some loud Spartan who had been going "MSU BABY!" the whole time going "NOOOOO" and the second was someone named GoBlue saying "HAHAHA FUCK YOU SPARTY"

To be fair to Deanthony - against all teams not named Memphis or Tennessee-Martin, UT is averaging nearly 18 points per game on offense. You can't blame a kid for wanting to be a part of an offense with that kind of firepower.

I gotta believe it was between Tennessee and MSU here, which is fine. Going to Tenn., I gotta believe they made him an $offer$ he couldn't refuse. Their program is on a total decline, they lose players to jail convictions like UofM loses players to injuries/transfers. I wish him the best of luck. IMO, he was no where near a must have recruit for RR. I am thinking he should probably redshirt his freshmen year. More likely he will be a third string WR and see very limited minutes. I stated on a previous thread that there was a lot of hype for him during his junior year but very little his senior year. I know his HS team struggled, but last year the hype seemed that D.A was going to be one of the higher ranked HS WR recruits in the country.
Next.

I dont think the $offer$ part is neccessarily true. TN is another one of the storied historic programs, but unlike us, their offensive depth chart is relatively decimated so there is the allure of early playing time. Plus, Knoxville is a pretty great college town, and perhaps he just wanted some real BBQ and southern comfort. Good luck to him and I'd love to crush the rebuilt Vols i a bowl a couple years down the road.
