Robert Smith on ESPN
Did anyone else see this smug asshole on ESPN? "Sounds like folks in Ann Arbor have their minds made up" about Rodriguez, implying imminent firing. Yeah, we have our minds made up all right--that his offense is going to shred Big Ten defenses for years and years to come. Coincidence he's a Buckeye?

Regarding the first down clock stoppage issue. I think I like it . It helps teams be able to come back and score late in games to to tie,win or make the game close without running out of time.

But I wouldn't call him a "Buckeye". Quitter.

I'd offer Robert a nice hot cup of shut the hell up.

My first thought when I saw that was that he is such a clown

...why would you name your son "Robert" -- to ensure a life of mediocrity?

All I can say is "Thank God they had Griese do the color on the game." He is fair but he has an obvious affection for the Maize and Blue. It makes the torture of sitting through a game a little more bearable.

As an Mich/Green Bay fan I instantly feel less inclined to watch espn when Smith or Cris Carter are on there instantly discrediting anything either of my teams do well.
as Ron Burgundy once said about ESSPINN:
"this thing is going to be a financial and cultural disaster"
&
"this place is run by a bunch of children"
