OT Ways to pass time until Sept. 4th.
So currently, I am in the process of watching all of the 2009 Michigan games(courtesy of mgovideo) , 1 per day.
That way, when I finish, we will have 12 less days until the season starts, in which I will sit at my computer more and stare at the mgoblog homepage, waiting on a "Hello" post.
What do you all do in order to pass time leading up to the season?
Find a few seasons of a good show. Starting Dexter now would probably get you close to the start of the football season, as would Mad Men, The Wire, Entourage, or Flight of the Conchords (only two seasons, so you'd have to combine that with another).
For a show with just 20 minutes episodes...
Arrested Development
Hands down, the funniest thing I've ever seen.
Also, Curb Your Enthusiasm.
I can think of 7 games from last year that I would not like to watch.
Start thinking about some new recipes for tailgating. Food completes the entire experience for me.
LSAT studying.
Boosting Denard's Heisman campaign in NCAA 11.
There will be 15 minutes of RR talking on Monday. I'll probably watch Delany, Tressel, Paterno, Dantonio and some of the other coaches too. Then interviews on Tuesday. After media days, there's less than a week of the offseason left.
Go to ashley's and complete the world beer tour....I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Watch random youtube videos. Once I came across a "mixtape" of White Sox broadcaster Ken 'Hawk' Harrelson say, "You can put it on the board...YES!" He sounds annoying and by the looks of the comments on the video, I am not the only 1 who feels this way.
Thank God for Rod and Mario.
Or you can watch the Tigers try to claw their way back to the top of the Central
Maybe the first four but after that I'd rather water board myself than watch the train wreck that ensued.
