OT: Gold Medal Game Open Thread: Germany vs. Russia

I'm hoping we can get the president to get super upset toward Bettman by forcing him to watch our failure to medal in hockey. He can go on twitter and rant about how disgraceful of an American the first American NHL commissioner is.

I greatly respect the "No Politics" rule but I think all of us can agree that Gary Bettman sucks and any public disapproval toward him on that stage would be greatfully appreciated.

Why do people even care about the Olympics? The disparity of following the rules is so ridiculous. You have true amateurs competing against juiced professionals called another in their country. Russia and China in any Olympics is a fraud. There are others but they are the top of the cheating, fraudulent shit heap. I wish the US would boycott and not televise until it’s cleaned up. Without this country and our advertising dollars, the clean up would be in haste.

Was fortunate enough to turn thisgame on when the OT started.  Let me just leave this here - a hearty congratulations to Germany for taking Russia to OT in the Gold Medal game!  The Germans gave the Russians everything they wanted, and a little more.  

Congrats to both teams!
