Maryland is gonna be that team that wins the conference every once in a while and that really tells you how good of a coach Durkin really is.
You think Durkin's a lifer at Maryland? I'd expect him to leave once he has a breakthrough season.

Good hire, but doubt he sticks around there more than a year.

Also, from a personality standpoint Matt Canada+Jim Harbaugh does not seem like a good combination. Just an opinion.

I think his track record of being able to adapt and apply successful concepts regardless of his roster speaks for itself. I dunno if I'd like him as my subordinate at my job though.

It didn't work at LSU because Ed Orgeron is a hopelessly stupid idiot and Matt Canada doesn't like to be told what to do, especially by people who don't know very much.

They continue to do everything right to grow their program into a contender, aside from petitioning for the divisons to change to that "Inner/Outer" format that was considered before they went East/West.

The better the chances that nothing changes. That is not a good sign. The confusion that occurred in multiple games requires change and I want to trust in Jim Harbaugh, but all the recent offensive coaching hires does not seem to clear up the confusion and begs the question of what the plan actually is? Based on the “changes” that have happened so far, I just don’t see much improvement coming in the offensive game plan.
