Peters was decent until the facemask with the fingers in his eye. it was obvious he had blurred vision in his right eye for at least the rest of that drive after that. The coaching staff should have seen that, so at least the first (and possibly second) interception is on the staff, IMO.
Personally I thought the O line did a decent job. Peters had plenty of time on most plays, and did a good job of getting out of pressure. A lot of dropped balls, catchable balls, and some stupid fumbles (not Peters fault) kept this close late in the game. I saw a lot of promise here from a young team two down on its OLine with its top WR out.
As fuked up as it sounds, I'll be a happy Michigan fan today if Auburn, Georgia and Bama lose. My only concern is that the few recruits we still need might view this game as a deal breaker.

The root cause problem today was the inability to run at all. Even that 3rd and 10 with 8 guys dropping back, got stuffed at the line.
It turns out that if you shuffle 40% of your oline for the bowl, they don't get better.

He got hit a lot again today.
Not only did he get pulled by the facemask twice, but on one of them he had 2 guys dive on him well after the whistle (and the ball wasn't loose)
He was 30-50% on pocket presense. He missed a few scrambles, of course, but he found space a few times, too.
On the late slide, I was frustrated initially. But, on a 2nd look, I'm not sure he wasn't being pulled down from behind.
Too many inaccurate passes. Locked on some and missed a few reads. But overall, not as terrible as you all are making it sound.

Days like today make me wish we had a mobile QB and pro-spread hybrid offense.

The NCAA doesn't feel its going to create any waves by allowing Shea to have immediate eligibiltiy.

Fire Drevno and Pep and combine their $2 million salary to get an elite offensive mind to run things. Seems obvious.

Michigan would have been sub 500 this year if not for Don Brown. The offensive coaching staff has zero continuity. Time for a big shakeup on offense. Please hire REAL WR and RB coaches and streamline the OC position. Make one person the Oline coach. This "shared" duty for Oline has regressed the Oline. I was indifferent about Fisch. I will say, I was wrong, should have hired him back as OC after leaving UCLA.
Huge Harbaugh fan. Got to say, my confidence is shaken. The team tightens up at end of games. The last two posessions of the game by Michigan are unexplainable. 3rd and 1, you get that first down! Even if you RUN the ball, get the first down. Those two pass play calls were head scratchers at best. The 4th down play on 2nd to last possession was unexplainable.
Michigan is 9 - 8 in last 17 games. Did not win one game this year against team with winning record..
I won't bang on any player, as it is the coaches responsibility to put them in a position to make plays. Players are often out of position (coaching).
Next year may be worse as schedule is tougher, Michigan loses their best player (Hurst) and the QB situation looks to be in same situation as this year unless Patterson is cleared to play.
