It was only a matter of time. This is why coaches talk about molding young men. He was allowed to become a bad apple in society and not be held accountable for his actions by MSU. It's a sad story.

I wonder how things would have played out for him if he had listened to his mom and played for Michigan......

He’ll be out of the league within 1-2 years, and will be broke within a year or two after. Just another addition to the long list of million dollar talents / ten cent heads.

He’s a bum. That’s all he ever was at MSU, and if he doesn’t do a 180 in the next couple of years, that’s all he’ll ever be.

I think he’s still with the team but just not on the roster.

My guess is he’ll get cut this year, probably picked up by someone who will take a flier on him, put him on the practice squad as a low risk high reward kind of guy if he can get his shit together, but it won’t pan out, he’ll get cut again, and his days in the league will officially be over.

Supposedly on a recruiting trip a current player made a comment indicating that football players aren't required to attend class. His mom either heard it or heard about it and flipped. This was never confirmed in the media but it was the rumor in several message boards including sparty message boards.
