Not trying to excuse the actions because he is a professional and should act like it, but Pryor has cited an excessive use of the N word as what lead to his anger and bird flipping. Seeing as how Kansas City's star cornerback also had an altercation with fans that night, I certainly wouldn't be suprised if this were true.

Why is that? It's news that many folks on this blog would care about and the link comes from a Michigan based news source (not saying they broke the story or even did any original reporting). News that makes some people uncomfortable does not make it unworthy for posting.

This reaction is probably becasue it is unclear what the motivation to share this story is from the original post.

Is this petty rvialry shadenfreude being derived from a running back that did not play and was ultimately dismissed from OSU? Is there some link to Michigan trying to recruit him?

I remember when the masses were disappointed when we didn't get Dunn.  We don't get them all right, and people, especially kids, make mistakes, but we sure do get character right more than most big time programs.

Let's get off the high horse for a second. We would have taken him if he chose to come to Michigan, so we did not make a smart character decision. Also, we have had plenty of issues with some of our players the last 5 years, so we should be careful on making such claims. That said, our coaches certainly take a stand and do the right thing when such issues arise and that is something to be proud of.

and had a kid on the way.  Not exactly a kid.

Although I did read something a few weeks ago about childhood development being stunted, mostly by technology and helicopter parenting.  An 18 year old today is the emotional and intellectual equal of a 15 year old from the 90's.
