Seems he felt he was getting a ton of hate from people calling him selfish saying he faked his injury so he could skip the bowl game. Finally irrefutable proof showing the injury on video.. Haters are no where to be found now

So Peppers got hurt practicing an on-side kick recovery? I know Special Teams are just another part of the game and the best players should play there too, but doesn't this just seem like something that would happen towards the end of the Hoke regime?

While I agree, I think it's worth noting he waited until after he was drafted to say anything. Didn't need to prove that to get drafted obviously, and now that that's over and he's feeling good, might as well make some talking head look like a fool.
