Pride comes before the fall

They laughed at us when we suggested that Harbaugh could come back to Michigan. They said that Harbaugh couldn't recruit last year when MSU was outrecruiting us during the summer. They said that Harbaugh wouldn't win more than 6 games in his first season. They acted as if their win last year in AA was indicative of their skill level instead of being incredibly lucky. They said that Michigan was overrated preseason at 7 and would not beat their Spartans in East Lansing. Now they clutch to the moral victory of holding us to a nine point win like all Spartans fans did from 1969-2007. They became too prideful and are now experiencing the fall.

Lewerke and Terry both got hurt and left the game, what the broadcast failed to mention was O'Conner pulling up lame on the 2pt conversion try.

State's going to have more trouble with Illinois than their fans realize, and they struggled with Rutgers last year with their NFL QB.  Last two against OSU and PSU could be heavy losses by that point.

State might not make even 4 or 5 wins.
