Good God.

These are about 20x worse than the originals we wore all year.

While I'm with everybody that hopes we return to a clean look, even the previous uniforms are ages better than this.  Hell, the crap they wore during Ellerbe's time when he had one of the dirtiest recruiting classes ever was better than this.

Does anyone have any actual evidence that Michigan Athletic Dept and Adidas had issues? It's always implied here they are giving us the bird. Not sure that's not wild conjecture.

Adidas was unpopular with the people who had to wear the stuff, the people who had to equip the people with the stuff, and there seemed to have been significant friction between the Adidas representatives with Athletic Department folks--particularly under (and with) Dave Brandon.

And considering when a major client who literally had "Favored Nation" status jumps to the rival outfitter that everyone had been calling for all along... Go from there.

I never understand the lack of recognition that the better our conference image, the better the  image for each Big 10 School's (UM included!) overall football/basketball/whatever sport image.  We all rant about the SEC and the excessive "love" it gets, but that conference GET's IT when it comes to sticking together and promoting the GREAT SEC hype.  We should realize that the Big 10's respect--or lack thereof--could DIRECTLY IMPACT UM getting that 4th (or, 8th, in the future??) CFB playoff spot.  We should be PROUD of our conference--academically, financially, media wise (well, BTN does make money, sigh), and competitively on the field/court/rink/diamond/course/whatever...Wear the BIG emblem with pride.
