What's the deal with the Michael Jordan kid from Canton (top 100 rivals list) going to Ohio State?   I never heard anything about him on the board even visiting Michigan. 

Edit:  according to his 247 page, he visited a few times in Feb, March and April.

I like that kareem walker is the #1 pro style Rb, and not ranked in the top 100, then bamas commit is ranked lower as a Rb, but the 33rd ranked player in the top 100

They haven't updated their position rankings yet.  Walker won't be #1 any longer at his positiion.  Doesn't make him one bit less as good of a player.  He just had a less than spectacular week at the Under Armour game, that's where this is coming from.

is now a 5* LB on this.  He was committed to Maryland (still listed as committed to Maryland on rivals), but I believed has flipped to OSU.  Man, a 5* LB unsure about where to go this late in the process, would have been nice to try and get in on him.

Mike Farrell is so far out to lunch. Rivals isn't a good evaluator of talent, they just blow with the wind. If you went back and tracked their ratings relative to the final "worth" to a team they would be last of the rating services. Watch Haskins become a 5 star ... Ohio State wants him? He must now be a 5-star versus when he was committed to Maryland. Rivals blows with the wind, just a a follower.
