Joey Galloway calls our offense old fashioned - Says we have no chance

Submitted by EastCoast Esq. on

Disrespekt! Now I feel motivated to win on Saturday!

Joey Galloway just said that #Michigan's offense looks like something from 1973. Gives U-M no shot to win this weekend.

EDIT: To clarify, I don't care about Galloway's opinion one iota. I'm making fun of MSU's culture of "disrespekt."

Is always incredibly biased to the point he is painful to watch.  I am surprised ESPN has not reeled in his complete pro-OSU, anti-UM rhetoric.

and he's scared like the rest of the Buckeyes except Spielman who calls it like it is. Just wait until that 1970s offense kicks yo ass!

The same day Joey Galloway calls the game for MSU Eddie George was asked about OSU and their number one ranking.  Said George, OSU isn't even the best team in their conference, Michigan is playing the best football.

I'm not bothering to read the whole thread, and I'm sure this has been established, but, Joey Galloway is a fucking moron.

Galloway is the most arrogant, narcissistic, bone head on TV. I remember in 2012 him saying he would out run denard Robinson in his suit. The fucking guy acts like he knows everything, yet nothing at the same time.

Maybe Galloway needs a better understanding of how math works... MSU is scoring 2 more pts per game than UM right now. Defensively, MSU is allowing 15 more pts per game. I really like that 2+ TD gap on points allowed...

Against MSU with this offense, but won't beat the best teams with it. It simply just doesn't score enough points. UM has legitimately only face 1 team as equally talented so far this year. That is Utah, and honestly I think UM actually has better talent that Utah. Point being that UM Defense has been able to stop inferior athletes , but that will not be the case when you face some of the top teams that are more talented. When that happens it's going to take more than 28 points to win. The MSU game will be close, either team could take it.

I watched someone on ESPN tell Joey Galloway that his rankings seemed very "Poll era" like, and Joey's response was "Well, I had OSU ranked 1st last week, and they didn't lose, so I have them ranked 1st this week." He truly didn't grasp that that was exactly what his colleague was saying. As far as ESPN personalities that graduated from OSU, he has to be my least favorite.

Yeah, Joey Galloway is kind of terrible at commenting on football.  He also seems like one of those irrational homers that ESPN loves to hire, who'll respond like a fan because it gets people to react.

OSU is getting scared right now, you can tell.
