This is what the helmet stickers should look like
There has been a lot of talk about helmet stickers in the last couple of days. I like the idea, but I'm very wary of the execution.
The stickers from Jim's era were kinda ugly and very big. In the classic photo of Jim and Bo you can count less than 20 stickers on the side of his helmet and it's more than half full.
- They are way too big.
- They distract from the glorious winged design.
Stickers are not what make the Michigan football helmet so iconic. That's OSU's thing. We should go with something more subtle.

I think it's a much cleaner look, and you can fit a lot more stickers on the helmet. Just my two cents.

I like the OP's design, but I like the original look the best. I grew up in that era, so...

I propose the new attaboy stickers are football shaped clear plastic (or whatever stickers are made from).
but those tiny little Ms are the least rage-inducing I've seen yet.
This actually sways me to the stickers being cool. It's not tacky at all. Very subtle. It suggests strengh rather than screaming it.
